Molt Periosteal Elevator #9 by J&J Instruments feature all stainless steel construction for greater durability. This allows us to argon weld our tips to the handle-not simply press fit them as is done in brass handle elevators. This welding process gives us unsurpassed strength at the critical tip handle juncture. Each perfectly forged tip undergoes a heat treatment in our high-tech, computerized vacuum furnace to ensure optimal hardness without risk of brittleness.
